About This Album
The Arsitocrats have decided to make a concept album - "DUCK". It tells a story of an Antarctic island native fleeing a penguin policeman all the way to New York City; considerable misadventure and danger happen along the way. The album is a kaleidoscope of music, employing their trademark genre along with new arrangement inventions and their virtuosity and typical absurdity. DUCK is the band’s most ambitious compositional and sonic production to date. “We’ve always been writing with a storytelling aspect in mind, and our live shows always include our stories behind the songs,” says the band, speaking as one.
