Harmless's album, "Springs Eternal," delves into his journey of reconnecting with his younger self following a life-altering accident. Since the accident, he has grappled with feeling disconnected from his identity and struggled to bridge the gap between his past and present self. To recapture the essence of his earlier work, Harmless imposed limitations during the writing process, using only the instruments and technology available to him before the accident.
