Von became popular after his song “Opps On Deck” gained attention due to its aggressive lyrics while using the instrumental of “On Deck” by Gucci Mane. The popularity boost saw over 10,000 videos being made while using the song’s sound on TikTok. In the midst of 2023, Von would get signed to Signal Records, which is a sub-label of Columbia Records.
