Baba Pen is a self-proclaimed new spiritual leader from Deventer, The Netherlands, whose music fuses psychedelic rock with country, folk and mystical elements, creating a ritualistic vibe. He is the frontman of Baba Pen & The Bim Bam Band, a group that recorded its eponymous debut album with friends and collaborators from bands like The Grand East, Money and the Man and Tricklebolt. Baba Pen's music is inspired by a book found in the home of a deceased hermit, Gerard, which sparked his spiritual journey.
