There are least three artists with the name Echolalia: 1) Echolalia is a Nashville, TN based folk/Americana supergroup consisting of members Spencer Cullum, Andrew Combs, Dominic Billett, Jason Lehning, Eli Beaird, Jordan Lehning & Juan Solorzano. 2) Echolalia is a solo experimental/noise music artist from the Washington, DC area, known for playing theremin and other electronic noise-making implements. 3) Echolalia was an experimental darkwave/synthpop band from Socorro, New Mexico, USA, active in the early 1990s.
