The Danish branch of the multinational record company Universal Music Group For the Norwegian company of the same name, please see Universal Music A/S (3). The Danish company was renamed from MCA Music Entertainment A/S in December 1996. Took over Polygram Records A/S (2) on 17 May 1999. The first Managing Director was Jens-Otto Paludan; he resigned in November 2007 and was replaced by Casper Bengtson in January 2008. Label Code 01846
