Exclusive premium vinyl series. High-end, limited-edition vinyl reissues of Warner Music’s catalog. Released exclusively at Rhino.com and internationally at select WMG stores. The first two titles were made available for order on May 19, 2023 - and . [Article for the launch of the series] Each Rhino High Fidelity title is limited to 5,000 individually numbered copies. To ensure consistent sonic excellence, Kevin Gray will cut lacquers for all Rhino Hi-Fi releases, and Optimal will press the 180-gram vinyl records. The releases boast high-quality glossy covers and “tip-on” jackets, an old-school aesthetic that evokes the golden age of vinyl. Another hallmark of the new Rhino High Fidelity series is exclusive content. (Content such as new interviews and essays, and notes and images from the master tapes.) The Rhino High Fidelity series will continue to release two classic albums quarterly, each with the same audio and packaging quality of the initial pair in strictly limited editions. There have been some modifications since the launch. - The release schedule has changed from quarterly to bi-monthly. - The original plain black poly-lined inner sleeves are now 'Rhino High Fidelity' labelled. - Some box sets containing multiple titles by an artist have been released. The box sets have been limited to 2000 or 3000 numbered copies, with each title within having the same number. The titles were subsequently released individually with the numbering continued up to 5000. - Some titles have been reissued in un-numbered versions with differences in the obi. - Some titles have been included in the Elektra 75 schedule with a barcode sticker added - see https://media.rhino.com/release-info/elektra-75
